This is one of those posts about obsessions.
I LOVE TOP CHEF!! I have since the first season. I really wish I could cook food as well as I can eat it (and that's pretty damn well)! I would apply to be on the show in a heart beat.
So, last night (or for me this afternoon on my lunch break) Alex got sent home. Finally. I might not be professionally trained, but I feel like I could have done a better job than he did. I have no idea how he stayed on as long as he did. That stupid pea puree is one reason. Though, I have to say that Alex's attitude is impressive. He's never really negative.
I would love to eat Angelo, Kelly, or Tiffany's food. They are the 3 that seem most appealing to me. I will admit that at first I didn't like Angelo, but he's slowly grown on me. Kenny was my favorite, but he got sent home last week. Ed is so awkward and funny and I like him too.
It's gonna be a tough call to see who is in the finale but I can't wait to see what TC has in store for us. This season has been my ultimate favorite (Top Chef DC. Politics and food. Duh) with all sorts of awesome guests (read: Senator Aaron Schock).

Anybody want to contribute to the Danielle's Obsession fund to send me to DC to tour around and eat food? Let me know. I'll tell you where to make checks payable.
